A Note From Lisa
As a therapist, I’m deeply committed to helping you reclaim your strength, regardless of where you come from. Clients come to me because they value my approach that doesn’t treat them as a victim. Instead, I believe in your innate capacity to heal and grow. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, and Christian Counseling to create a therapeutic experience that encourages empowerment and fosters resilience.

Whether you’re navigating recovery from addiction or learning to manage emotions in healthier ways, I’m here to guide you with compassion, understanding, and a focus on your strengths.
